End of the Year Wins

Since 2015 is coming to an end, it's time to go over what I have won this year. I didn't enter as many contests as I did in 2014, but I still did great.

I won this awesome set of body products from Pink Papaya. It included body butter, body wash, and an Ayate cloth.

This mug is somewhat considered a win but I didn't enter any contests; I won it through Influenster for doing well on my campaign.

I won this Terminix bait & kill for mosquitoes.

Pawz booties for the dogs to wear out in the cold, snow, rain, mud, etc.

A Tuggo ball for the dogs

A beautiful layered bracelet.

I won credit towards Eshakti.com and was able to get a shirt worth $40 for free and they threw in an extra top.

This Fricaine handbag was one of my favorite wins. It was worth over $200 and I love it.

This is a cute terrarium necklace with a little deer in it, some moss (that I can water!), rocks, and dirt.

I won these little silver flower earrings that are worth around $70 (I think?).

This bracelet is much nicer in person and very well made (handmade). I won it from Tara Lekatana.

I won this unique accessory kit from Toubab Paris that includes a brooch,  a necklace, & earrings.

This is Crystal Pepsi (discontinued in the 1990's) & I won this from Pepsi as around 13,000 people were chosen.

Last but not least, I won $500 to Devgear.com. I was able to get a mini Bluetooth ball, zipper headphones, 2 tote bags, a tumbler, a watch case, 2 multi-function knives, a knife/flashlight/compass sport set, and a t-shirt.

Sampling Panels

Sampling panels may be a little different from testing panels. They usually offer samples more than anything, but a lot of the items can be full sized. They also have surveys you complete after receiving the items. Here's a list of sampling panels I've had success with;

Crowdtap
Crowdtap isn't specifically related to social media. They have quick polls and challenges that help you earn entries for a bunch of different brands where you're entered into multiple drawings at the end of the month. I win about 2 $5 Amazon gift cards at the end of every month.They also occasionally have sampling programs where you'll receive a product from a brand and all they ask is for you to talk to people about it (on the phone, face to face, or on social media) and then include what you've done in a report (quick survey) by the deadline. You can join here; http://home.crowdtap.com/. Here are some samplings I participated in;

PinchMe
PinchMe allows people to sample a range of products from many different brands. On certain Tuesdays at 12 pm on the dot, you are able to select different products available to you to add to your PinchMe box that will be sent to you. In return, you are to do a very quick survey on each item you requested. These go very fast so you have to be quick. You can join here; www.pinchme.com/. Here are a few things I've gotten;

Sample Source
3 times a year, sample source allows you to pick from a variety of samples from different brands that you qualify for. You select which items you would like and then you add them to your box that you receive. They'll then email you to complete a quick survey on each item you requested. You can join here; www.samplesource.com/. Here are a few things I've gotten;

P&G
P&G is a company that owns many different brands from Cascade to Aussie to Tampax. They have a section on their website where you can select different samples to be included in your p&g sampler box. They have 3 sampling periods throughout the year. You can join here; www.pgeveryday.com/tag/product-samples-offers. Here are a couple of things I've gotten;

Product Testing Panels

I'm going to list some great testing panels that I've personally had success with. These are in no specific order.

Influenster
Influenster is a community of influencers that receive free products to review in return. It's mainly revolved around social media so if you get selected for a box that contains a variety of products, you complete tasks on social media to unlock badges and possibly earn more rewards. It's mostly based on your social media influences. In a year, I've received 4 voxboxes, about 10 virtual voxboxes, and 3 badge prizes.You can join here; www.influenster.com/r/444070. Here are some things I received.

BzzAgent
BzzAgent is another influential panel that selects you for free campaigns in exchange for some social media output. This site gives out products based on one specific brand. You would have to complete a few social tasks, but not as many as Influenster. I've gotten 10 Campaigns and 7 of those included Bzzkits. You can join here; www.bzzagent.com/. Here are a few things I've gotten;

Smiley 360

Smiley 360 is another community of influencers. They pick people for specific programs specific to a brand. When you receive a product, you complete a series of social media tasks for points.You can stay with the minimum amount of points to complete the mission or go for the maximum amount of points. You can join here; smiley360. Here are a few things I've gotten from them;

L'Oreal Consumer Panel

This is a testing panel specific to L'Oreal and their partners. They have studies at their facility if you live over there or they have a home panel where they send you the products with a paper stating the instructions. You have a specific instruction to try the product for a certain period of time (exact dates) and then you're asked to complete a survey. You get to keep the product and they might even provide compensation such as money or more products. I haven't been selected for anything yet but I did qualify for a survey and when I completed it they sent me compensation in the form of a 3 lb box full of beauty products! It included Lancome makeup, Garnier face products, and Kiehl's lotion. You can join here; consumertesting.lorealusa.com/signin.asp. Here's the box I received;

The Pink Panel
This testing panel sends products from different brands. It's usually age specific on who gets selected and you have to qualify. You join through Facebook and you learn of open surveys by checking on their Facebook page or you receive an email. Like the L'Oreal panel, you have specific instructions on when you use the product and when it's over you get a survey in an email to complete. You get to keep the product and they may send compensation in the form of a gift card. I've been selected once and received a box of body products to test, I also received a $20 visa gift card as a form of compensation. You can join here; pinkpanel.us4.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=d378f9400cc39d4da721794a7&id=9c0c0eb685. This is what I got;

GlamSpotters
This is Glamour Magazine's panel. You complete the occasional surveys they send and if you qualify, you receive a product to test. After you use it, they'll send an email to complete a survey on the product. I've been selected once and recieved 3 of L'Oreals new Colour Riche lip glosses to try. You can join here; www.glamspotters.com/Portal/default.aspx. Here's what I got;

Gigasaavy
Gigasaavy is a marketing agency that will occasionally send out products to test. After you sign up, they'll email you to see if you would like to try something out. When you receive the product, there will be a paper telling you where to go to review the product (usually Amazon or Walmart) and then they provide an email address to send the review info (a screenshot or link). You can join here by emailing them letting them know you would like to join; www.gigasavvy.com/. Here's what I've received;

Toluna
Toluna is a survey site but they have a product testing service. You apply for a certain product and if you qualify, they send the product and then they'll send an email for the survey. I've qualified once for an eyeshadow palette. You can join here; us.toluna.com/. Then head over to the "explore" tab and hover over and you'll see "test products". Here's what I got;

These are all good panels that I've had success with. With all of these, you get to keep the products you receive.

Best Giveaway sites

Since I just listed my wins for the year, I'm going to list the best sites I use. So far, blog giveaways offer the best chance to win since you can have multiple entries and less people entering. Giveaways also offer the best chance when they have more than one winner. Here are my sites:

BeaupeepSweeps
GiveawayTab
Online-Sweepstakes
GiveawayPromote
ContestGirl
NikkisFreeebieJeebies
Crokki
Poshly

*click the site name to go to the website
  • BeaupeepSweeps - They list blog giveaways and big brand sweepstakes. They have a decent sort option.
  • GiveawayTab - These are for smaller blogs and smaller Facebook companies. GiveawayTab is a tool companies use (like Rafflecopter) to get people entered and to pick a winner.
  • Online Sweepstakes - This site has a great sort option, they have every date and category you're looking for. You can join  the site and save your sweepstakes onto your account. This site lists Blog giveaways.
  • GiveawayPromote - This has a good sort option. They list blog giveaways.
  • ContestGirl - This is another with a great sort option. They list both big brand and blog giveaways. You can alos log onto this site to save giveaways onto your account
  • NikkisFreebieJeebies - They don't have a sort option and they list mainly big brand or company giveaways.
  • Crokki - They occasionally list good giveaways and they don't add giveaways everyday, maybe not even everyweek. You can log in and save giveaways to your account.
  • Poshly - This site only offers beauty items. They give you a very short beauty questionaire(maybe 5 questions,only takes 15 seconds all together) and you can enter as many times as you want.

These are my top sites that list and direct me to giveaways. These sites list great giveaways everyday.

End of the Year Wins

So after a year of entering a bunch of contests on multiple sites such as blogs, brands, and sweeps, here's majority of what I've won:

I won this from LaRoche Posay. I believe it was a Facebook promo where multiple people won.

This was a win from Allure where the first 500 to enter at noon would win this
Covergirl Mascara.

This is from the Project Runway Sweepstakes where 5,000 people won. P.s. I love this lipgloss, it's one of my all time favorites.

Another win from the Project Runway Sweepstakes with 5,000 winners. It's a very nice green color and it's great it you want a thicker line.

And another win from the Project Runway Sweepstakes(I'm lucky!). This is a great mascara.

I won this from Influenster for being a top badge holder for my #JollyVoxBox Rimmel Badge. It's a good mascara, but not surprising.

I won this on GiveawayTab. This is a great little portable stereo. It could be a little louder but it doesn't die very fast and it's good quality.

Another Allure win where the first 500 at noon win. I really needed this since I have thin low density hair and it was decent. I didn't see a huge difference but I saw a small difference. From what I understand, it only works for the roots, not existing hair. It kind of made my hair a little hard since it is a gel substance.

I was sooo glad to win this. It's a great line of natural hair products.

This is a more recent blog win that I really wanted. I wish I didn't pick cranberry but it's not too bad. It kind of has that diet taste that I hate, but it's tolerable.

This was a brand giveaway with 50 winners from Bubba Brand. I love this mug. It keeps hot tea hot and slushies frozen in any season.

This was a win from Influenster for being a top badge holder in my #DeansListVoxBox Pilot pen badge. I love these pens. I'm a pen person so I know a quality pen.

This is another win from Influenster. I got it for being a top badge holder in my Pur virtual vox with my Pur water badge.

I won this on GiveawayTab from a british blog.

This was a win from Never Stop Wagging on Facebook where there were 50 winners.

This was a win from Allure beauty enthusiasts for doing a survey where 10 people won.

This was a blog win where I could choose any item from 15 each co. I chose this comfy sweater.

This was a Suave Facebook promo where a lot of people won. I love the way this smelt and absorbed so easily into my skin,

This was a blog win. I love this survival bracelet, it's so cool.

Those are most of my wins from the year. I also won a brush from Con air, some Kensie jeans, a big blog win with over $500 worth of things( baby stuff and 2 necklaces), a pictures on gold necklace, and $250 worth of Jessica Matrasko Jewelry. I also won 3 other blog contests but I never received those items for some reason.

To the non-believers, I'm proof that you can win :)

Mary Kay Project Runway Sweepstake

This is actually another win from the Project Runway Sweepstakes(5,000 winners). I love this lipgloss so much. It's a little thick but lasts long. I love the color, it's a great go to if you're looking for a darker but classy color.

Sircle Samples

I got this NYX Lip Gloss from Sircle Samples. It's really hard to get a sample from them since they rarely offer samples lately and when they do, their gone in minutes. They also don't notify you when samples are available so it's basically a guessing game and you have to check in at least once a week. But here's proof that you can actually get something from them. They also have you do a quick questionnaire about the product you requested.
